Lutharyn Cutline provides video editing and post-production services for businesses, creators, and online content, as listed on this website.

Quotes & Payment

Each project is quoted individually and must be approved before work begins. Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice. Work on a project may be paused while a payment is overdue.

Client Materials

You confirm that you own or have the rights to all footage, audio, images, and other materials you provide to us. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

Deliverables & Ownership

Finished deliverables are provided in the formats agreed for the project. Upon full payment, you receive the usage rights agreed for the project. Lutharyn Cutline may reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Lutharyn Cutline.

Project Deposits

Work on a project begins after a deposit or advance payment is received. Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel before editing work has started.

Cancellation & Completed Work

If you cancel a project after editing has started, you are charged for the work completed up to that point and the remaining balance of your deposit is refunded. Payments for completed and delivered work are non-refundable.

Revisions

Revision rounds are provided as agreed for each project. Requests beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately and do not qualify for a refund of completed work.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us by email or phone with your project name and payment details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
